SH Pratt was introduced to Dataquest 5 years ago through a contact with previous experience with the Dataquest team, to help manage the infrastructure at the original site in Luton. The first project was upgrading the infrastructure at this site to align with the growth plans of the business. The two-man IT team also needed more manpower occasionally for projects and an experienced team to complement their own skillset.

The next big leap in the growth of SH Pratt was to open a huge processing and distribution site in the heart of the docklands at Greys in Essex. The site needed to operate semi-independently from the Luton HQ, therefore it required its own onsite infrastructure.
Dataquest’s team was engaged to establish the requirements for the new site, design the new infrastructure and deliver the project.
What made Dataquest’s proposition so attractive was a combination of best-of-breed business solutions coupled with simplified management and delivery from one provider. Experienced project management and long-standing vendor relationships were crucial elements in the trouble-free delivery of the project.
The project was completed in accordance with the plan, on time and on budget with all solutions having stood the test of time as the right fit for the business.
“We knew Dataquest had the right experience and skillset to deliver the project so had no hesitation in engaging them. The end result is exactly what the business needed with reliable products and support when we need it.” Callan Dooley, IT Manager.
