As a Sales Executive you will be joining our highly successful Sales Team and will be reporting to our Sales Director.

Based at West Drayton site 4 days a week – 1 day WFH

The Role

  • To define, improve and assure, the project team and delivery process by collecting and maintaining data, reporting, and ensuring consistency in an agile environment.
  • Help set up and maintain small PMO function.
  • Help with team improvement and challenges across a small team.
  • Help the build team development and provide learning experiences to Junior PM’s.

Key Focus Areas

  • Provides documentation and detailed guidance on project management processes, procedures, tools, and techniques.
  • Sets-up, supports and provides detailed guidance on project management software.
  • Provides advice and guidance on individual project proposals and plans.
  • Help to produce planned and updated project and summary reports, including cost breakdowns and summaries with Junior team members.
  • Works with teams to maintain programme and or project files.
  • When necessary, manages project changes. Can review processes and recommend changes.
  • Defines, and ensures adherence to processes, procedures, tools, and techniques within an agile environment.
  • Hold regular project drumbeat calls.
  • Provide support to the leads in maintaining momentum and progress.
  • Can help manage project risks.
  • Scheduling, documentation, stakeholder and internal team communications, timeline management
  • Take lead and manage adhoc back-office Admin to the project team and or client/users.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven track record in successfully delivering PMO outputs for a program and or projects.
  • Demonstrable experience (3+ years) in a PMO role within a high pressure, and or complex global team
  • Ability to engage and work within a multi-functional project team.
  • Good interpersonal skills and judgement- projects can engage a wide range and or diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate, negotiate and influence effectively to develop strong working relations and resolve issues.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills- PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Essential

  • Has good knowledge of the project development life cycle, and issues associated with the implementation of projects within IT.
  • Educated to bachelor’s degree level or holds a relevant professional qualification.
  • Prince 2 Foundation Practitioner
  • Principles, methods, techniques and tools required for the effective management of projects from initiation through to implementation.
  • Methods and techniques for reporting progress and financial conformance against an agreed plan
  • Good understanding of tools and techniques for RAID (including risk management).

Desirables

  • Knowledge to be able to assist the junior project managers control and manage IT information and project artifacts.
  • Principles, methods, techniques, and tools for the effective management of a project and related activities through to the successful achievement
