Brief

Astute Electronics is a long-term client of Dataquest. Originally Dataquest supplied and supported a new fleet of Ricoh multifunctional printers to replace their outdated hardware. Impressed with the level of service and expertise demonstrated, Astute again approach Dataquest to assist with other business projects, including modernising their telecommunications system and audio visual equipment.

More recently, Astute were looking to relocate their head office. Not only would this provide the need to migrate and update their network infrastructure, but they also required a level of contingency within IT support should internal IT staff choose not to move with the company.

Results

Dataquest have successfully partnered with Astute to provide flexiblelevels of support, stability and knowledge when needed. This not only reduces their administrative burden but it enables their organisation to be more agile,concentrate their attention on other company objectives and their customers.

The culmination of Print, IT and Telecoms Services have together produced many benefits including; controlling expenditure, reducing carbon footprint, simplifying the user environment and increasing productivity.
