Care Management Group (CMG) provides care and support to people with learning disabilities. CMG was established in 1996 by a parent of a person with learning disabilities and since then their ethos has always been that the people they support and their families are at the heart of our organisation.

Brief

CMG had recently finished a three-year business mobile contract with EE. While they were happy with the overall service, they missed having a more personal touch. When the account was up for renewal, CMG approached one of our Account Managers to see if we were interested in tendering for the contract.

CMG had known one of our Account Managers for over ten years and knew that customer service is at the forefront of everything they do as this was prominent in the tender Dataquest submitted.

Implementaion

After Consultation, Dataquest began the project to add 156 newBusiness mobiles for CMG’s employees.

Changing your mobile supplier is never easy and switching from EE to Dataquest had its challenges. Thankfully Dataquest’s expert team was on hand to manage this transition for CMG. The change wasimplemented within the deadline and Dataquest provided CMG a personal Account Manager who remained in close contact keeping them up to date on the progress of the project.

Results
