Guy Co-Founded the company in 2003 and is still actively involved in the day to day running of the business. He is responsible for Sales and Marketing, as well as the overall strategic direction of the company. Guy’s vision was to build a comprehensive, technology implementation support company to service our client needs and help them accomplish their business goals.

David has over 20 years’ experience in our industry. Both a Co-founder and Board Member of Dataquest Group, he is actively involved in the business on a daily basis, directing Telecoms and IT.

Spencer is an accomplished CFO, with advanced experience operating at board level for public and privately owned businesses in international B2B services sectors. He combines a strong technical expertise with a commercial focus, working collaboratively with our business to deliver positive change and improvements.
Group Sales Director
Sebastian has over 14 years’ experience at Dataquest and leads a 40-strong sales team. Starting in project management and account management, he has progressed through the business to his current role as Group Sales Director. Seb combines deep technical and operational knowledge with strong commercial leadership, driving performance and ensuring customers receive consistent, value-led solutions.
Executive Director of Operations
Ian is responsible for overseeing day to day business operations and ensuring services are delivered efficiently and consistently. With a strong focus on process improvement, service quality, and operational performance, he works closely with teams across the business to support growth, optimise delivery, and maintain a high standard of customer experience.
Group HR Director
Diana leads the people strategy across the business, ensuring the organisation attracts, develops, and retains the right talent. With responsibility for culture, performance, and compliance, she works closely with leadership teams to support business growth, strengthen engagement, and ensure people practices align with the our values and long term objectives.
