Job Role: Senior UC Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive you will be joining our highly successful Sales Team and will be reporting to our Sales Director.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Identifying, sourcing and pipelining new business opportunities
  •  Building and maintaining new relationships with prospective and new clients by ensuring you fully understand their business needs, attend, and prepare for meetings by ensuring you identify suitable products/services that client require and tailor your presentation to reflect the needs of the client
  • Acting as Account Manager for on-boarded clients and continuing building and maintaining relationships and having regular reviews of services provided
  • Working closely with colleagues to proactively identify cross- selling opportunities within our existing client base
  • Taking a pro-active approach to identify and qualify new business sales opportunities, using Networking, telephone, LinkedIn, email and other prospecting techniques
  • Working with colleagues to assist with opportunities identified with existing clients
  • Sharing your knowledge and expertise with the wider-team, and supporting the Sales Director to develop and guide more junior members of the team
  • Follow the Company Sales process, completing necessary documentation when progressing opportunities, ensuring that all Company systems are kept up to date
  • Achieving and exceeding your KPIs and sales targets, actively contributing towards the success of Dataquest

The Person

What we are looking for:

  • Confident, self-motivated, dynamic and entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in an extremely hungry and competitive environment,
    You will have minimum 3 years’ experience selling Unified Comms to the SME and Mid-Market across multiple industry sectors
  • You will have proven record of consistently generating £15K – £20K per month
  • Comfortable at presenting complex and high-level solution to C level buyers
  • Good knowledge of the overall UC industry and the development of the technology and the solutions available in the market.
  • A team player who celebrates success, mentors and supports other members of the team and the business when required.
  • Our solutions often include multiple products and services. You will need to work closely with your colleagues ensuring a high level of communication internally and externally.


  • Experience Selling products such as Avaya, Horizon, 3CX, Oak, Xima, Akixi, MS Teams.
  • Previous experience selling Call Centre solutions, MS Teams Integration, PCI Compliant solutions, Mifid Compliant Solutions.
