Director and Co-Founder
Guy Co-Founded the company in 2003 and is still actively involved in the day to day running of the business. He is responsible for Sales and Marketing, as well as the overall strategic direction of the company. Guy’s vision was to build a comprehensive, technology implementation support company to service our client needs and help them accomplish their business goals.
Director and Co-Founder
David has over 20 years’ experience in our industry. Both a Co-founder and Board Member of DQGroup, he is actively involved in the business on a daily basis, directing Telecoms and IT.
Group HR Director
Diana is a DQ Group Board member. She combines 16 years HR leadership and management experience. Diana develops people strategies that support DQ Group employees and business growth. As such, she leads our organisation and personnel through matters concerning employee welfare, cultural change and compliance.
Director of Sales
Sebastian manages the day to day running of the new business sales team. He is also responsible for managing a number of key accounts.
Executive Director for Operations & Technical Services
Ian is a Board Member and brings over 30 years industry experience to DQGroup. He has overall responsibility for setting the objectives and strategies for IT, operations, service, and compliance.
MPS Service & Operations Director
Randal is a Board Member with over 30 years’ service management experience with a leading manufacturer. At DQGroup, He is responsible for orchestrating the resources that deliver our industry leading service. Over a 60% of Dataquest’s personnel are technical and in addition to these, he also manages our customer help-desk, contracts and billing.
IT Group Operations Director
Michael Lyons has responsibility for operational demand and capacity management. Over 30 years, he has developed comprehensive infrastructure knowledge. He has experience within all industry verticals, across EMA, AME and APA. His team provide the resource to take client ideas, from discovery & planning stages, through to delivery & live Ops. .
Peter has over 30 years’ experience in the industry. Prior to his appointment at DQ Group, he has held a number of senior positions at a reseller level where he first met and worked with our co-founders. Peter is a member of the board at Dataquest, manages many of our national and international corporate customer portfolio including installations across eleven countries.
Head of Compliance
Grant has over 20 years’ experience in our organisation. He is responsible for developing and maintaining our processes, procedures, training and systems to ensure quality, security and environmental compliance. His governance extends to working with internal stakeholders, clients, suppliers and our accreditation bodies. Grant’s involvement has enabled DQGroup to attain some of the most stringent and well respected international standards including; ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Head of IT Operations
Mark has over 30 years’ experience within the IT industry, working both in the public and private sectors.
His responsibilities include delivering technical services, data services, building and managing operational teams in the UK and Europe.
IT Infrastructure and Security
John joined DQGroup at its inception. His highly skilled team expedite the support on internal infrastructure and to some key client accounts. John also provides oversight on our internal security strategy and alignment against IT compliance.
Telecoms Technical Manager
Tom joined DQGroup in 2008 with of a decade of experience in Digital telecoms. His team design, project manage and deliver systems to meet the needs of the modern mobile workforce.
Head of MPS Operations
Kyle joined DQGroup in December 2016. He is responsible for leading Project Management on a day to day basis. Kyle has over 20 years’ experience working within IT. He spent five years working within IBM in an MSP environment, providing a Service Delivery and Project Management role for the desktop support function across a number of blue chip accounts including Legal & General, Jones Land LaSalle and DEFRA.
