Brief

London Climate Hire wanted a well-known, reputable supplier to conduct an office survey so they could present options for a photocopier/printer. Their current sales team needed a fast and efficient way of printing brochures and sales proposals along with invoices to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Their past experiences hadn’t been very good and they needed to ensure the machine (and company) used were not only proactive in supplying the solution but proactive in maintaining it.

Implementation

The solution Dataquest proposed was very cost-effective and guaranteed LCH the output required. An In-depth review of their existing set-up was completed and showed they had a machine that was unsuitable and was costing more money than needed.

Dataquest showed similar machines that would be able to cope with what was required, and it was a case of choosing the most suitable machine, which resulted in a more cost effective outcome for them.

Since the machine was installed, LCH now operates in an easier, more cost-effective and more efficient way.
