Dataquest has provided Science Creates with its managed print solution for several years and when Science Creates decided to expand to their second site, it was a fantastic opportunity for us to explore some other services that they wanted to improve.

Implementation

What made Dataquest stand out compared to previous suppliers was that we could provide all the IT services they needed under one roof. Science Creates knew that we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction due to the managed print solution that we provide them. This enabled us to enter discussions when their VoIP telephony system was up for renewal; they wanted to update this to a more future-proof solution. This in turn resulted in Dataquest looking into the connectivity at both sites to ensure that the VoIP system would be able to function.
