Dataquest UK Ltd is proud to announce the acquisition of CC Engineering (CCE.) on the 29th October 2019.
The transaction builds on Dataquest’s commitment to business growth by further extending its capabilities in the IT services sector.
The investment in CCE creates a prominent, independent IT services group with seamless capabilities across; IT services & support, managed cloud, unified communications, managed print and business process automation. The combined enterprise provides existing and new customers of both businesses with access to an integrated portfolio of solutions to drive business performance.
CCE is a well established name in the IT services arena, with a thirty five year trading history. In that time they have organically grown into one of the UK’s leading independent IT companies.
Customers of CCE will benefit from immediate access to an extended range of products, solutions and expertise from Dataquest’s well-established managed print, business process automation, mobile and unified communications divisions. CCE’s managed cloud platform and specialist IT support services will significantly broaden the range of services available to Dataquest customers.
CCE will operate as an independent subsidiary of Dataquest, with a governing board comprised of Dataquest and CCE management.
