Fear not, the end is in sight. This is the last but one of this year’s CloudMas blogs, all of which have offered an insight into a different aspects of the service we offer for those businesses new to Cloud or seeking a better alternative to their current Cloud.
We’ve written at length about our Cloud services, but there is so much more to the DataQuest Group offering, which has evolved over almost four decades of service to organisations of all sizes and complexity, all seeking to extract a greater return on their investment in technology.
Regardless of the service you come for, we guarantee the same commitment to high-quality customer service on which our reputation is founded. But beyond all the technology, we’re an approachable bunch, ready to go the extra mile to help you realise your business objectives.
If we broke each of our core services down into the individual elements that come together to deliver the comprehensive, fully-rounded service you expect, we’d be way beyond 11 days, perhaps even as high as 41 days, but that would be long song, so we’ll concentrate on these 11.
UCaaS – Unified Communications as a Service, or as some may know it hosted telephony or hosted VoIP, replaces the system in your premises with one hosted in the cloud. By combining a range of communications services through a single interface, your people can communicate and share data securely, wherever they may be, to help improve collaboration, productivity and response times.
Connectivity – In this connected age, we provide everything you need from the physical infrastructure to the information technology services and support your organisation needs. We provide consultancy, network equipment, network infrastructure and design for complete end-to-end solutions.
Mail room services – We supply, service and support the comprehensive range of post-room solutions for franking, weighing and intelligent mail sorting equipment from industry leaders, Neopost and Pitney Bowes. Our mail & post room solutions cater for small businesses to advanced, high volume solutions for enterprise level organisations.
Managed print – If in-house printing is critical to your business and you have high print usage and complex printing needs, we can provide the latest print management solutions. Our solutions can be easily scaled, can reduce costs and tailored to meet your agreed requirements and objectives, starting with an analysis of your current printer fleet to maximise future efficiency.
Agile Working – New technologies are making remote work more possible than ever, which ensures principles like agile working are easier to implement. The emerging millennial workforce is also more interconnected than ever, and agile working can be a great way to create a more stimulating work environment for workers from this generation.
Professional & Consultancy Services – Our consultancy services and strategic planning will deliver agile, flexible, scalable solutions that meet the ever changing needs of your business and your people. Our professional services will migrate you safely to the cloud and our experience will shape our advice on your business continuity planning and the next step of your digital transformation.
Virtual CISO – A Chief Information Security Officer aligns security initiatives with applications and business objectives to protect information assets, realising best security practices. It is a role we can undertake for you, to reduce the cost of recruitment, whilst delivering the necessary expertise and capability to mitigate the risks of an increasingly dangerous threat environment.
Security assessments – Our security assessment will take a holistic view of your entire physical and virtual estate to identify risks, assess vulnerabilities and advise on the implementation of key security controls across your application portfolio on-premises, in your Private Cloud, your Public Cloud and all your SaaS resources, but falling short of penetration testing.
Virtual readiness assessments – Our independent review of your legacy infrastructure and technology roadmap will help you understand what it will take to not only move your business-critical workloads to the Cloud, but how to optimise your Cloud or combination of Clouds to improve business resilience, productivity and connectivity, whilst reducing overall costs.
Break/fix maintenance – A cost-effective break-fix maintenance package will ensure our engineers are on the road, ready to resolve issues and have your business back up and running quickly, should anything break. We cover a broad range of technologies and hardware, to provide true peace of mind cover for your telephony, IT systems, printers, mailroom equipment and much more.
Service Desk – At the heart of our business is our true 24/7/365 support service. We have almost 40 talented technicians, all based in the UK, supporting our more than 1000 clients and resolving their problems, small and not so small. We have the highly qualified specialists you might need only a few times a year, but they’re here waiting for the call, keeping your costs to a minimum.
By now you really should have a mental image of the DataQuest Group and not only what we have to offer an organisation like yours, but our total commitment to high-quality customer service, based on technical excellence, Cloud heritage and personal experience.
If not, we’re sacking this writer and suggest instead you call a piper who marches very much to his own tune, our own Cloud expert Chris Baker, on 07984 574609 or email [email protected]
