Brief

As their machines were reaching end-of-life, Aspen Pumps were searching for a supplier who could deliver a consistent managed service. Having experienced MPS through their incumbent, they were looking to improve responsiveness and make a saving if possible. Dataquest’s big benefit to Aspen Pumps was our ability to scale the solution across their UK and European sites.

Implementation

After an initial proposal was designed based on the provided information, the suitability of Dataquest’s solution was validated by carrying out a site survey. The initial remit was for one large site with the potential to expand across to other sites depending on positive end-user experience.

Several stages of implementation facilitated a smooth transition thereafter. Being flexible was essential in this project as Aspen Pumps, like other manufacturers, has unique needs. For that reason, our team worked closely with the customer to understand the challenges at each site.

Following an initial rollout in their Hailsham site, Aspen Pumps reached out to us again to expand the remit to two additional sites. As there was now an established relationship, the customer IT team entrusted Dataquest to carry out independent discovery and reporting. Once again, open communication lead to a straightforward solution, design and installation.
