Improving efficiency by upgrading old technology

Knightsbridge Medical Centre came to us as a new customer. Their Practice Manager, who had worked with Dataquest in the past, had been impressed by our service and gave us a call. They had a very old, no longer fit-for-purpose telephone system. Call costs were sky-high due to having been offered no bundled call packages with their existing provider and the switch to something more modern was urgently needed.

Brief

A reliable system with excellent call quality was of the utmost importance. Essentially, they wanted something that could do the basics well and everything else would follow. Dataquest offered low call costs and an easy-to-use management portal. Other ‘nice-to-have’ features such as call queuing–allowing patients to know their place in the queue–as well as call recording/reporting and analytics would enable them to improve their customer service and patient care approach.

Results
