Dataquest manages the whole portfolio of IT-related services, from helpdesk support to hosted telephony, and tailors each of these to the hotel’s requirements. Timely responses to support tickets ensure that the business operates with confidence, and that non-technical staff can go about their work without fear of IT issues impeding progress and the hotel’s daily running.

Alongside the general day-to-day services, the team are actively involved in the governance and undertaking of major project work. Most recently, the extension of a hotel with a new wing. This featured cross-department teams of Dataquest engineers working to kit out new conference rooms. The fact that our teams can communicate internally and coordinate plans between departments and teams of engineers (IT, Comms, Structured Cablers), allowed Dataquest to have close control over the management of the project, alleviating pressure on the client’s internal staff.
