Brief

Wimbledon Guild was running a community hub project with Age UK Merton which required several unique features across both organisations. After several consultative calls and demonstrations, a system was specially designed which would meet all of the objectives of the project. It was flexible enough to grow with each company and meet its different internal needs.

Implementation

Dataquest’s pre-planning and flexible approach ensured that the system could be built as soon as the green light was given. This quick deployment in such a short space of time ensured all users were fully trained on the system before the go-live date, allowing call handlers to focus on their main tasks.
